the bourne legacy

photo taken from imdb
even before the news came out that there will be another bourne installment, i already looked up pdf file to download and read, the bourne legacy not by robert ludlum but by eric van lustbader...

and was looking forward to it's play date, added to the excitement was, part of the movie was shoot in metro manila...

screening day came and i was not able to watched it. jasmine told me that it's not worth watching on the wide screen. but curiosity pushed me to watched it still on wide screen dragging fritzie with me...

true enough, the movie is kind of disappointment. no thrills of bourne character.

the novel tells about an assassin named khan who tried to kill david webb a.k.a. jason bourne, who eventually turned out to be his son. i would still like to watch again and again the bourne series, and that doesn't include the bourne legacy...

caramel frappe
but the best thing to feel good was to try mcdo's caramel frappe... brad had been bragging how nice and addicting it is... yes! i agree... it is indeed..!

feet's comfort

the pale yellow-ish shoes
the first time i came here in singapore i was wearing my pale yellow-ish shoes. i intentionally brought it so that i'll have something i can wear when i jog, as i like to jog almost every morning with my nanay and some friends back home. early this year, it's sole had become thin it shows its inner layer... and it's not even a running shoes.

some of my friends are so much into running, they even join running events/marathon. i was inspired as well to run but with the shoes i have, it's not really that comfortable.

pushed by someone once special (#jlc) to me that i deserved to have a proper running shoes, i thought of having one.

with my new blue-ish running shoes, i comfortably run 3-4 times a week as much as i can, when the weather favors me and when i'm not feeling lazy... i become lazy at times, i just want to lay down when i arrive home... yah, i usually run in the evening after a long, boring day at work...

new blue-ish running shoes
now, i already registered for three running events this year :)

  • sundown marathon (10km), may 26 but i was in kl, malaysia :(
  • pocari sweat run (10km), july 15
  • safra singapore bay run and army half marathon (21km), september 9
will also join the famous standard chartered marathon (21km), registration closes like hot potato in few days...

looking forward for more running events.
it feels good to run :)
